Happier employees give companies higher shareholder returns.

Companies listed in Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work for in America” had equity returns that were 3.5 percent higher than those of their peers.

Happiness is directly linked to job satisfaction and employee engagement.

We now know most people try to find happiness where it is not (that saying, happiness seems to be most in the search itself than an attainable mean). Anyway, many try to be successful thinking they will then be happier. Research proves them wrong.

Happiness is a strength that precedes success, and not a consequence of it.

Companies that focus on setting the conditions for people to be happier are therefore setting the best conditions for success.

I have been helping companies and cities measure happiness and well-being, and setting the conditions for people to flourish.
